Shan &
Raschel Roberts have several years experience in the real estate
industry. Starting out at age 20, Raschel knew this was a business she
loved and planned to be in for a long time. Her husband, Shan has
always been an entrepreneur, starting his first business at age
nineteen. With no help from family or friends, he developed his
company to be one of the best in his industry. His company "All Around
Sound" was known as one of the best consulting, teaching,
and trouble-shooting companies in the recording studio industry.
Shan’s main expertise is his marketing techniques. Watching market
trends and being on the cutting edge of technology, has kept him one
step ahead of the competition. Taking this experience and knowledge
and applying it to real estate has made the Roberts team the most
advanced Realtors in the South Laguna Niguel area. Along with Raschel’s knowledge and experience with contracts and real estate
